* Improved cURL functions
* Created BulkCurlTask
* Use asynchronous cURL posting in /timings paste

cd21c28d46 Fixed /timings off 
When issuing `/timings off`, the message `Please enable timings by typing /timings on` is sent to the issuer. This commit fixes this issue.
