Myst(MysterialPy)andRapptz 806295a1be Add remove() to Reaction 
Added a coro, `remove()` which takes in a sole parameter, `member`.
This new coro will remove the reaction by the provided member from the reactions message.

`message.remove_reaction(reaction, member)` was not removed as to not introduce breaking changes.

Myst(MysterialPy)andRapptz 8ba78168a6 Add Spotify intergration colour 
Added property `colour` and alias `color` which returns the Spotify
integration colour (#1db954).

Technically Discord uses both (#1cb050 and #1db954) but it appears the
former is an official Spotify colour.

MysterialPyandRapptz bae6f80327 [commands] Split Cooldown state processing to two different functions. 
This allows us to check if we are rate limited without
creating a new cool-down window for the command.

Allow for edited messages to be deleted after [float] seconds with optional parameter delete_after.
