1957fa6011 Implement a least breaking approach to slash commands (#39) 
* Most slash command support completed, needs some debugging (and reindent)

* Implement a ctx.send helper for slash commands

* Add group command support

* Add Option converter, fix default optional, fix help command

* Add client.setup and move readying commands to that

* Rename normmal_command to message_command

9d39b135f4 Modernize code to use f-strings 
This also removes the encoding on the top, since Python 3 does it by
default. It also changes some methods to use `yield from`.

* note for lack of disambiguation in Guilds with duplicate names, and removed the possibility of returning None

* edited converter to use `utils.get` over `utils.find` and docs edited with Converter and Exception.
